There is a process in which to enter the country legally. My wife did it, I have friends that did it, I have other family members that did it.
However, many people feel these immigration laws do not apply to them, they think they are special and the laws are for others, so they cross into the US illegally or over stay their visa.

No, once it involves people it is not a different story. Seat belt laws and speed limits involve people.
Your scenario would depend if abortion would fall under something like the interstate commerce clause. However, there is no federal abortion law, but a court ruling that specifically states that states can provide restrictions. Those restrictions of course are debated, but the state and federal courts so far have handled the issue. If in fact a state made abortion illegal, that would violate a court ruling, and there is a potential for money to be withheld as part of the feds strategy.

No, the country does not belong to the world. There is no provision I am aware of that states anyone who wants to come to the US can, without any papers, documents, or permission needed. I also do not see a provision where our Constitution extends beyond the borders, or that other governments have free and unrestricted access to control the affairs within the US borders. I also see borders, which defines the jurisdiction of the US.

As with so many people trying to go to many countries in Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea... where those people are coming from economically and socially depressed countries. What's your point? You think everyone just wants to be in the USA? Everyone on the outside knows the US to be an arrogant country thinking they're the best at everything, just go do some traveling and ask fellow citizens of other countries, you'd be surprised.

Japan barely even lets in legal immigrants..why should we let in illegal immigrants? Also how many should we let in?
