Do you actually work for a living? I'm stongly sensing that isn't the case and that you're quite wealthy because your positions are solidly corporatist, never seen someone fight so hard to make sure we have cheap cheap labor to clean houses and mow lawns.

SAN FRANCISCO (KPIX 5) – The state of California is studying ways to suspend financial transfers to Washington after the Trump administration threatened to withhold federal money from sanctuary cities, KPIX 5 has learned.
Generally, electronic fund transfers are made using the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System, or EFTPS, which is a free service provided by the Department of Treasury.
As you can see, there's nothing the State of California can do about that.
