He looked awful. Plus he had to use his finger to keep track of what he was reading when he gave his opening remarks. The printing on those notes is YUGE so they can be easily read. Tranquilizers would explain his weird "5-year-old learning to read" recitation.
And his voice was horse. Which was obviously a side-effect of all the screaming and hollering he's done since his presidency started collapsing.
He has too many personality disorders....Delusions of grandeur, narcissism, immaturity, lack of empathy, etc....I think he belongs in a rubber room., but hey, you guys picked him, so it's not my problem.....
