It is already happening. I have a great job here, but we are looking at other countries. It's getting very ugly in this country and there is an ignorant madman in charge.

The only lunatics are the ones running the asylum.

“The ones who don’t get it are like ‘Good riddance,’,” she says. “And that’s exactly why we are going, because I don’t want to raise two girls when I don’t feel safe, and I’m putting their safety at risk.”

Remember during the campaign? As soon as he started talking about this stuff, his polls sank. The country is going to be very much against him soon.
I would like to believe so, but the evidence is not there.

I've watched interviews with some of his supporters who would struggle to put two and two together.

I've read posts on this forum that are either paid supporters or true believers, but in any case, they are supporting Trump despite clear evidence that the man has gone dangerously around the bend.

Mercifully, Republicans seem to be catching on to some of the nonsense and pulling back a bit.

Wasn't there all kinds of deaths linked to the Clintons? The reasons for these deaths? Who knows.

You have been misinformed.

Rumors that the Clintons have killed or disappeared people they find politically inconvenient has been swirling for decades. However, these rumors have been consistently disproven on several fact-checking websites.

Even Eric Braverman, former CEO of Clinton Foundation, was not at the bottom of the Hudson but rather had accepted a position with the philanthropic arm of the Eric and Wendy Schmidt Foundation. There was no evidence that any missing persons report had even been filed. Guy resigned and took another job. Pretty dull story, actually.

But if this is shocking news for you, hang on to your hat. I hate to break it to you, but Clinton didn't win. Trump did.

I know. I know. I find it hard to believe myself. But even the mainstream media has confirmed it.

Which means that continuing to spread nutball conspiracy theories about Clinton is beyond pointless.

Particularly on threads about how a Russian spy linked to Trump's blackmail dossier has met his demise under mysterious circumstances.

Although I don't trust Putin or the Russians, I definitely do not trust our own media and established politicians. There is a convoluted web of deception that involves our own government.
I am very disappointed they are all voting yes on Tillerson. Makes me question their patriotism. They're the only Republican senators who have spoken out at all against Trump(since the election) that I've heard.

I am too.

IMO, when the entire senior level state department management staff departs abruptly amidst an ongoing mass exodus of senior foreign service officers, things do not bode well for our nation.

You mean those politically appointed senior staff who traditionally resign at the beginning of a new Administration? That senior staff? Including the one who had been working at State since 1973?

Political appointments know that their positions are temporary. This is true from the federal government down to the smallest town.

You guys act like these political appointees have no underlings, Assistant to the Undersecretary, to step in until the next political appointment is confirmed.

Just like the DC National Guard commander you had the vapors over. Turned out his XO was the one who planned the Inauguration and the General just signed off on it..
