Some terrorists will be stopped, but the main goal is to exclude people who will not conduct a rational and independent American life. And on their own steam without social programs. We see the nonsense that has happened in France and Germany. We really don't want that here. Is it discrimination? Yes, absolutely, and that is actually a good thing. We need to rediscover discrimination. It's not evil to rationally choose to keep people out who do not share our values. Every country does it, and it is correct to only allow immigration to people who understand our system, agree with it, support it, and can demonstrate it. Through speaking English, coming here with some money in their pocket to self-start, and making a commitment to support and fight for freedom, individualism, and Capitalism.
Sounds like:

"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American ... There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag ... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language ... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

I take an ISIS recruit in Syria to an ISIS recruit in California. You are grasping at straws. Others will follow suit. They just didn't have the guts to go first.

Good to see that you're honest enough to admit that the proposed "refugees" have a strong likely hood of being radical Islamic terrorists. I don't see that from many liberals. Now, doesn't it make more sense to force them to try to attack us from abroad, as you said, than to bring them here to bring their violence and slaughter among us?

We're taking in those numbers we can sustain and observe.

Finally, you can't figure it out because they weren't refused; they never applied. Like others of their species, my guess is they shot their mouths off without ever intending to follow through. What's becoming a very common practice below the 49th.

Check your numbers, pussycat. It's 10,000 not 110,000.

Either you or breitbart got finger happy with the number 1

A look at Trump’s executive order on refugees, immigration – Twin Cities
"During the last budget year the U.S. accepted 84,995 refugees, including 12,587 people from Syria. President Barack Obama had set the current refugee limit at 110,000."

Incorrect. It was 110,000 and potentially even 160,000/year.
