Why did your ancestors come here?
People that have immigrated here in the past were people that did so because they wanted to become part of America and it's culture. They weren't uprooted and moved 7000 miles by a U.S. government program because they were in a war zone. That never happened before in American history. Not in WWI and not in WWII by the hundreds of thousands.

In this current world we live in, do I think this is a good move? Yes. Do I believe we as a country have gone too far in becoming the melting pot, opening up ourselves for the dangers such as terrorism growing in our own communities? Yes.

But let's stop being such hypocrites. If every American was DNA tested, I think we all know what the findings would be. Each of us is a melting pot. So now that which has built this country from the ground up is being attacked and walled up. Humans as a whole are two-faced.

Yet you voted not once, but twice for the guy who bombed them out of their homes.

My ancestors weren't welfare bums or criminals

Why not put your melting pot where your mouth is and take a refugee family into your home?

I can justify anything..

Look at Europe.

Justification made.

What does this even mean? People displaced by war are criminals and welfare bums?

You have Internet to post here, but not to see what is happening in Europe?

And even funnier, you too voted for the guy who made them refugees in the first place. Back under your rock now.
