Socialist ideas are not the answer and the Democratic Party has already swung too far left and is why the are the losers now.
On the contrary, its the Wall Street agenda and the obsession with identity politics that has caused it to lose. It has "talked left and walked right". New Deal Democratic ideas are very popular and thats where the future lies.
These labels are meaningless. Justice democrats is about taking the Democratic Party back to its roots of Franklin D Roosevelt and JFK. Pro-worker policies.

As I've said, anyone who thinks the Democratic party is socialist in any way doesn't know what the word socialism actually refers to. I'd say that actually the case with Bernie Sanders as well. Left wing refers to a type of political thought. It's broad but it does mean something. But truthfully, most people throwing that word around don't know what it means. They've just heard it on talk radio or whatever echo chamber blog they frequent, so they say it too. We're essentially at a point where words can mean whatever we feel they should mean, so why not?
Does far left mean more support and funding to groups like Black Lives Matter and more crying about "white privilege"?
No, it means less of that and more focus on the plight of the working class of America that has been devastated by 40 years of domination by the ruling donor class.

I agree, but these labels are favorites of the mainstream media. Not only socialist or capitalist, but centrist, moderate, regulations, big government, small government etc. What do these words mean, specifically? 99% of the people dont have a clue. Its all a big mush deliberately intended to create abstract ideas in people's minds without providing any knowledge or information. The same reason why mainstream media almost never talk about specific policy issues that could harm the big money interests. This is to be avoided at all costs.

I'm a new deal democrat. "Social Justice Warrior" Democrats are losers.
I break on guns though...I'm more conservative that most democrats on guns, but not as conservative as a Republican.
In other words, I would enforce the gun laws on the books, and make background checks universal, but I wouldn't dream of banning guns, or types of guns. I think life preparedness classes and improved mental health funding go much further than increased gun laws.
Justice Democrats is all about taking over the Democratic Party with the Bernie wing of the party. To do this, though, we need honest opinions from opinionated Americans.
I signed up for there websites/social media to see what they would do. I also signed up for a couple of he other organizations like them.
I want to come back in 2 years and see who actually did something after this election. NoLabels, Brand New Congress, Centrist Project, or Justice Democrats.
