Some say there is no evidence, some say there is no shortage of evidence.
Here is a video compilation of documented incidents of voter fraud.
Some incidents are showing how easy it is to commit voter fraud, some show election officials admitting to large scale voter fraud, and some show election officials actively participating in assisting voter fraud.
There are people that have attempted to dismiss this evidence as being fake. The fact is that these videos have lead to people being fired, and some have lead to voter ID laws being passed in several states.
If you believe that voter fraud doesn't exist, please watch the video, and see it for yourself.
There is no widespread voter fraud, starting off with an anecdotal video rather than an investigative article isn't going to convince anyone.
Here's the real voter fraud:

On Friday, the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals struck down our state’s election law with a blistering ruling that laid bare the “discriminatory intent” of our lawmakers. That’s right. A three-judge panel said that N.C. Republicans intended to discriminate against black citizens.
The judges then described, with evidence, exactly how lawmakers did it:
Before enacting the 2013 law, lawmakers requested data on the use, by race, of several voting practices, according to the ruling. Lawmakers learned, for example, that blacks disproportionately lacked the most common kind of photo ID, those issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles, but did have other kinds of photo IDs. [LEFT]

According to the liberals who claimed Russia was changing votes so Trump would win, yes.
But, even that wasn't what one would call "widespread" in the case of Stein. She seemed to feel that in those states with really tight margins, some funny stuff might be up.
I also think Stein is a goofball, but I don't think it's entirely out of the question that some sort of fraud and/or vote tampering was occurring.
To the tune of 3-5 million votes? Nope.
I think it's more like 3-5 hundred votes. Maybe thousand...maybe.
It's surely not going to give Il Whiner the number of votes he needs to feel popular.

Jill Stein never claimed voter fraud. There were questions about the integrity of the machines. Valid or not.
And Russia INFLUENCED the election. No one claimed they changed votes.
To this day, I still don't know what the "Russian influence" means.
Hillary screwed Hillary. Constantly lying, pandering to black people, faking her sickness thing instead of just being like "Oh, I'm sick", the email situation, her lack of campaigning, not connecting to the common people.
WTF does Russia have to do with things she did to herself??
How does that stop the claim of voting in two states?
If I have to explain what "first step" means to you...
