How would I know a list of back alleys when they currently aren't needed due to abortion still being legal right now.
And you know for a fact that your state would be one of the ones to ban it if Roe v Wade were overturned
Dang!, you finally got something right!
Yes, my state of MS has already passed a law that would make abortion illegal if Roe vs Wade is overturned.
But since we are discussing this I should tell you that I voted against the law. I believe abortions should be performed on demand. But even more, I think the issue belongs to the state.
I am a Bright Red Republican who believes in limited national government.
Going a bit further, Mississippi is an island with regards to abortion. 2012. In MS there were 2176 abortions. But in Alabama there were 9,076; Louisiana, 9,225; Tennessee, 18,859. So you can see, just about everyone will have a place to go if they need to.

You are paying tax dollars to feed, house and for medical care of unwanted children and you will have to house many of them for life when they go to prison.
Do the ends justify the means?
I am pro-choice but I have problems with Roe v. Wade.
Leave it up to the states. I'm sure many states will keep it legal, which will give women an option while letting voters make laws that are in line with their moral views.
Religious.
Which isn't okay.

Is there anything in the Constitution that states otherwise?
There is nothing in the constitution that states that morality plays no role in legislation either. Nothing in the constitution forbids States from legislating based on morality.
