I encourage the Democrats to put Nancy Pelosi on the TV as much as possible.

i was wondering last night what Nancy Pelosi's motivation is... at her age, shouldnt she be enjoying life rather than being in a constant state of outrage?

She's a walking talking advertisement for what's wrong with the Democrat party.

I hope the Democrats use her as their spokes person.

The Democratic leadership is taking after the old Communist Politburo in more ways than one. The one I was thinking of is that they're all old. No young blood, promising talent. Pelosi et. al. have built funding and influent networks, accumulated favors, inside information, formed alliances.

That's why they're in control and why we have to look at them all the time. They remind me of the reviewing stand watching military parades in the Kremlin, or figures from Madame Tussaud's wax museum.

CNN might consider keeping her around as a regular commentator. She would fit right in that group.

The 1970s are calling and they want that tired (incorrect) cliche back

There are plenty of women in the GOP at the local, state and federal level.

They just don't give a crap about being on "Emily's List" or invited on "The View".

They've come a long way baby!

Describing Pelosi as a "strong woman" speaks to a dubious view of "strength". Sorta like seeing Sponge Bob as a male role model. What it is that got her elected I can't speak to. The mentality motivating picking someone like her to be such a powerfully placed representative of the constituency casts a very dim light on the body making it up. That anyone could find her to be an example of womanhood to follow is pretty scary.

Imagine waking up and finding oneself surrounded by such women. I can't even imagine trying to get through the first day. This is a person who said "we have to pass it before we see what's in it" in regards to a bill we all are staking our lives on. Literally. Ummm, sure. Just pass it and we'll find out. Well, we sure did. What outstanding leadership. (yes that's pure sarcasm) She can certainly be counted on to try and see any piece of social legislation with a D by the authors name with as little, if any, review and debate as possible. That equates to "strength"?

I don't need to scurry to any safe zone when it comes to hearing what she's saying. Someone like her bears watching. Very closely. She's a toddler who's been given a live grenade to play with and is running around holding it by the pin. Since leftist doctrine thinks that her toy can't be taken away lest it harm her self esteem, I want to know when it's time to get to a safe place. Call it a safe zone if you will, But when it's time to get there, you won't ever accuse me of not having kept an eye on the situation.
