What they FAIL to say is until TODAY they've been using the U3 numbers which draw from less data but when it comes to Trump it MUST be the U6 figures.

Yes he can...Its called giving confidence to business owners that they finally have someone thats not anti-small business.
Giving confidence has nothing to do with policy. Regulations and taxes today are no different than they were under Obama as they are his legacy. If Trump wants credit, he should pass the reforms he pledged.
