President Trump signs order to scale back Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (prison, Americans)

This was a law passed in 2010 in response to the banking fiasco where many regulations were passed and no banking criminals were put in prison where they belonged by our wonderful weak President at the time.
