They invite a dozen more illegals to live there with them. If the place is a s**thole, the slumlord doesn't care.

Much easier not renting to them in the first place.

This is a much needed protection from predatory landlords. Kudos to David Chiu for proposing this.

I'm a landlord.
How am I gonna know who is here illegally?

Nonsense law, in a nonsense state.

Why would I be PO'ed? I'm gonna put a tent up in your backyard and make you subsidize my existence and right to stay there. Tuesday, I need a ride to the doctor and you are paying the bill.

Unpleasant? You don't want someone that goes out and kills their own food, to become unhinged.

Honest question that's been asked here but never seems to get answered. What's you're fascination with illegals and why are you all for protecting people who are breaking the law? I don't want to hear the BS answer that they're just trying to have a better quality of life. That'd be like me saying I want a better quality of life for me and my family so I'm going into the bank and robbing it for 1Million and no one can stop me. We have laws for a reason but by your thinking we should only have "select" laws that you "think" people should follow.

Sometimes you just have to out-think those wishing to take full advantage of you.

It is a dog eat dog world out there, and I wear milkbone underwear daily.

LOL to go from 'unpleasant' to 'unhinged' is quite the leap.

Interesting.
