But over here, where its not uncommon to hear about people paying $2000 for 1bd in the ghetto, this law will help.

Research 78704 and we will talk rent.

Im glad the state is doing this.
Illegals should not be protected from immigration laws.

Legal immigrants have zero to fear from such a threat.

It's a ridiculously stupid law meant to subvert our laws.

I have no doubt you'd applaud horrible laws.

A lot of people like the idea of limiting speech and government overreach.

Correct, this is a free market wide open choice for both parties involved.
Why are they renting to illegals in the first place?
Seems as long as the rent is getting paid and the place is not getting too trashed, there is no problem.

The way to get people to move out when they do not want to go and they are way past due on rent, with refusal to follow eviction notices.... As the landlord, go remove the windows, door frames(garage door) and electrical meter. Then call the laws and say someone is living in your house that is being remodeled. The house is not livable without windows and doors according to the city codes and they get cuffed and stuffed. You get a big pull on dumpster and in goes all their crap and a wrecker to haul off all their cars.
