I agree that this attack is under-reported. It was a bizarre story from the beginning - with the two suspects - and then it was only one and the other was a witness (who was armed, ran from police, and later surrendered)

Since both canada and trump are relatively silent on this I am inferring there is more to the story and more investigation taking place . . .

A witness's word is only one part of the investigative process. Other witnesses only saw the one shooter.

As a reminder, the suspect turned himself in and left a long internet "paper" trail. If there was a second shooter then it would have been uncovered already.

Why do you say the witness was armed? It was the cop who was armed.

The full story of what happened will come out in trial. Police are normally tight-lipped about murder cases until then and usually those being charged are too. That's the way it works in Canada.
