Why do you always need to requote, I know what your question pertains to?

Stephen Miller had a lot to do with the ban.

Update:

In a brief burst of sanity, the Trump administration announced it was not going to continue to litigate the EO Muslim Travel Ban.

Sometime next week, the will announce a new travel ban "tailored to the federal court decision."

Let's see if anyone on team Trump knows enough about the Constitution to come up with an EO that will hold up in court.

Agree. Mr. Miller seems to think his stridency in claims will cover up or hide the incompetence. This strategy may have worked well enough during the campaign however it is impotent when it comes to implementation, i.e. the actual work involved in the Presidency.
