It was leaked information, but accurate. He should make the statement publicly to show the people where he stands with Trumps attack on the American system.

I'm pretty sure he will be asked about it or something along the same lines during his confirmation hearings.

So you think Ron Bonjean did not confirm this? Seriously?

I'm basing my opinion on what legal experts have said about this case.

I have yet to see a credible argument opposing the EO.

If there are any credible argument out there, I'm open to take a look at them.

I am not surprised. Judges tend to stick together. I think he's setting a precedent of how he does not want to be treated by President Trump when the S.C. makes a ruling. I'm afraid our President has a lot to learn when it comes to navigating the government and political world when it comes to choosing his words, but I'll think he get there

I think it's funny that some of you only decided he'd be a good pick now, since he's said something negative about Trump. Couldn't believe any of the other sources saying this is a stand-up guy.

The man shows integrity in calling out something that he deems demoralizing as demoralizing, regardless of who nominated him and btw...I really have not seen many, if any, threads bashing this particular judge. Although there are people that have said that he should have recused himself and expressed support of Obama's pick being that Merrick Garland was a judge that always had bipartisan respect and support, but that aside at least he is defending these judges against Donald Dump's un-presidential bull-**** ramblings.
