The "one world" types don't like the idea of borders and want to equalize the U.S. to the rest of the world.
What they want is to bring the US down to the level of the rest of the world (third world, that is).
I fully agree. I'm repping this post. Obamacare helps the process by expanding the welfare state so much that more want to come. Sort of like the Badfinger song from 1970, "If You Want it Here it Is."
Back to the point, Trump has more options than the court has as he should. The fact that the judge in seattle wants the process to proceed is consistent with his uncharitable view of power. he clearly does not defer setting himself above the voters who elected the POTUS. Not that it matters to his court, but it matters to the due process which the posts here say he is supporting. In fact he is doing neither. He is just an arrogant man in a bow tie.
I do think, some of his comments during election ended up in this hasty travel ban. But these campaign promises are not to be used based on supreme court president. That is what Boston judge said. His travel ban is stupid for missing lot of details about green card holders and existing visa holders, but 9th court judges took it another stupid level by ignoring everything.

So-called President's goal was a religious-based ban, why doesn't he have the courage of his convictions?
Even very liberal talk show hosts know it's not a religious-based ban, was a 90 day temporary hold, and state so, or else the remaining 85% of the Muslim population around the world would not have been permitted to get into the US. I know you think you're on to something since you've posted it so many times, but your comments show you're uninformed.

Well let Trump and the justice department withdraw this idle threat and proceed with a new well thought out XO, why are they wasting time. Just admit they made a rather large mistake and move on, there are more important issues. Frankly I would love to see a trial and have them demonstrate the current threat that necessitated this emergency ban but it is bad for the countries. Trump will eventually get his extreme vetting in place whatever that is and we will all be safe again.

The whole point of a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) is to prevent irreparable injury before a court is able to give full & reasoned consideration to the lawfulness of the challenged action.
So-called President's MO is impulsive, unreasonable, careless, thoughtless harmful ..., in other words, he is against full & reasonable consideration on any matter because it's against his principles.
This logic and reasoning does not hold up to scrutiny. It is clear that you do not know much about law. The 9th Circuit's ruling is fundamentally about Civil Procedure & Due Process. Your asserted "national abortion ban" is an attempt to overrule the right to medical privacy guaranteed in Roe v. Wade. A court reviewing such a claim would rightly point to Roe v. Wade and would be bound by precedent to reject the national abortion plan (whether it be an Executive Order or an act of Congress).
Exactly!!!
BUT
You are not the one to be able to question "So called Judge" "SnoFlake" "It is clear that you do not know much about law."
It is up to AG to file an Appeal regarding National Ban of Abortion from "So called Judge" "SnoFlake".
My guess is AG will let National Ban of Abortion stay for 4 year or even 8 years.
Art of war:
The best defense is a good offense.
Use enemy's invincible spear to attack enemy's invincible shield.
Now you get a taste of the justice if the "So called Judge" rules to ban abortion.
