Supreme Court nominee Gorsuch says Trump

Oh how I would love to see the effect this is having on Trump, his own "pick" criticizing him, lol, priceless!
I bet he's gone ballistic!

I was a little disappointed to hear him speak about this. It wasn't wise, especially considering that Trump is absolutely right with his comments. This judge acted politically, outside of his authority as a judge. The judge has no authority to question, and should not even consider, what motives the President had in issuing his Order. It is the President's decision alone, and not the judges business how he arrived at his decision. President Trump acted within his authority and the law. That is the only thing that the judge should have considered, and he should have rejected the states lawsuits on that basis. That has been made clear by every legal analyst that has commented on this case.

There is a reason why the Ninth Circuit is the most overturned court in the U.S.

Actually as the last sentence in the article states~Besides, he added, “The president can tweet all he wants, but the final decision will be made by the judiciary.”
