Sounds as if the only source for it was a disgraced Democrat Senator Blumenthal who apparentely lied about serving in Vietnam and about being captain of the Harvard Swim Team.
The truth is the statements made by Gorsuch. He put down the POTUS and will be asked in his hearing's. The man should not be confirmed.
The statements were verified by the Senator walking him through the process as well as others. So the top liar in the country has no standing when it comes to lying.
" WoW! Claim That Gorsuch Criticized Trump's Tweets as "demoralizing” and “disheartening" were FAKE "
The democrats and the media constantly tag team each other, so this is not surprising. I'm sure that Gorsuch does defend his branch of the government. I
know that Blumenthal is not exactly honest. And of course, the media pieces their stories together with it's agenda.

Are you talking about Blumenthal? He's a known liar. He lied about "serving" in Vietnam.
"Judge Gorsuch has made it very clear in all of his discussions with senators, including Senator Blumenthal, that he could not comment on any specific cases and that judicial ethics prevent him from commenting on political matters," Ayotte said. "He has also emphasized the importance of an independent judiciary, and while he made clear that he was not referring to any specific case, he said that he finds any criticism of a judge's integrity and independence disheartening and demoralizing.”
Statement from Republican Kelly Ayotte from FoxNews. Only someone incapable of or unwilling to read between the lines would categorize the story as fake news, the op being such a person.
"reading between the lines" ie putting your own spin on what someone has said, is exactly how fake news is created. For example, I can say that Gorsuch bashed Abraham Lincoln for criticizing Chief Justice Roger Taney's decision in the Dred Scott case in 1857. Same thing.
To me the important thing, assuming the 'news' is in some way genuine, is that it puts the lie to the meme of President Trump being the new Hitler or Pol Pot. Were that true, does anyone have any doubt that President Trump would have withdrawn Judge Gorsuch's nomination by now?
