The 9th Court is extending the US Constitution to the entire population of the world.
Their is no due process for non-citizens of the USA. PERIOD. Never has been.

We Americans are just peons. The world to the liberals have to be considered first as usual. What is knew? We have to throw safety to the wind to make sure we don't take the rights from potential terrorists.

Zadvydas v. Davis (2001)
lmeida-Sanchez v. United States (1973)
Wong Win v. United States (1896)

Because of the 14th amendment, anyone on U.S. soil has certain rights extended to them.

Before you start typing, you really need to do some research and learn how things like checks and balances and due process work. It will make your posts so much better.........and more accurate.

Even non-citizens have constitutional due process rights while within the US. The problem with the 9th circuit's ruling, however, is that they essentially extended constitutional rights to non-citizens who are not within the US, with many of these non-citizens never even having stepped foot into the country. While we can disagree with some of the earlier federal court rulings on this issue, the fact that most of them were limited to those people who were physically within the US made them somewhat defensible. What the 9th circuit did here is a disgrace. Sadly, given the leftist bent of this "court," it was not a surprise.

i agree that people IN THE US have US constitutional rights extended to them. that said, our constitutional rights do not extend to ANYONE beyond our borders, regardless of what the liberals think.

This is so delusional but not surprising coming from the left. They have no clue how messed up the world is outside the western countries. Europe learnt it the hard way & now the self-loathing liberals want to follow their lead with hopes that repeating the mistake will yield a different result for us. You are inviting people from countries where women get punished for being raped as it is considered pre/ extra marital affair. You expect them to openly embrace western values where you are expected to respect people of all religions, genders & sexual orientations, allow their children to make their own decisions & let their women drive, work. Do you even realize what a huge blow it is to everything they believe in? No wonder they are rebelling in frustration all over the western world. The west liberates the women & children but the men become slaves - forced to go against their beliefs & ego.

Keep your legal immigration for people like me who want to escape that mess so we work extra hard throughout school to escape to the west so we greatly value our hard earned freedom in the west. If you just handover free citizenship to undeserving people then dont expect them to value the west or accept your culture. Expect lot of backlash.
