Trump didn't ensure the Executive Order was bulletproof and there were enough holes in it to lose in court. Had Trump done his job correctly, he would have had the Executive Order written properly and reviewed by law experts to ensure that, if challenged, the Executive Order would prevail. Trump failed when he signed a shoddy Executive Order that was a terrible failure. It's so bad that they have to rewrite it to what is should have been the first time. If he truly worries about the country's safety, then his shoddy Executive Order put the country at risk - all because he tried to rush it out and it wasn't properly written or reviewed.
It's because of Trump's failures that the refugees are urgently flooding in now in large numbers, in order to beat the next executive order that is forthcoming. In the world of show business, the 2nd Executive Order would be called "Take Two". Because "Take One" failed. 100% Trump's fault.

It's so shoddy that it's being rewritten (to what it should have been the first time). If they can rewrite it correctly, then they should have written it correctly the first time. Trump failed bigly with the first Executive Order and that's why people from the 7 countries are rushing into the USA right now. He should have ensured that it was correct the first time. Oops - he failed. Just like he failed with the botched Yemen raid. They say failures come in threes. Wonder what the next Trump failure will be.

There hasn't even been a hearing on the EO, and when there is a hearing on it, it's highly likely to be ruled legal.
The only reason the stay is being continued is because the Trump haters went judge shopping, and not surprisingly, found the activist judges they were looking for in the 9th circuit to continue the stay.

The EO was written from Obamas list of Countries with unstaable Governments that are used by Islamic Terrorists as bases. Saudi Arabia is not on that list because it has a stable Government. Can't some of you people read or Comprehend anything said? Sheesh...
Trump did not do his due diligence in regards to assuring the constitutionality of his EOs. It is as if Trump has no executive experience at all.
