Plenty of corruption to go around both parties, I agree, but while the lockstep trump lemmings hate it when their orange leader is criticised, that's where the lense needs to be focused at the moment.

No doubt someone has already pointed this out, but President Obama fired General Flynn for a reason (or, actually, I believe several reasons). Naturally, the General became very, very bitter towards Obama, and by extension Hillary Rodham Clinton.
I wish that President Trump had taken the firing into account. Appointing a person to an important position merely because, on the campaign trial, they blasted Obama and Clinton, is not a good basis for making such an appointment.
One does wonder if General Flynn will become embittered towards President Trump. However, I imagine that the retired General will either be retained by the Trump organization in some capacity, or he will write books and be a fixture on CNN/Fox, or both.
I heard on the other side of the coin- the Russians are ticked- they are left with egg on their face because they were on the other side of that conversation- Where does that put them in the world's view?
