The DACA order is still in effect and they are still signing people up for DACA, giving them work papers and driver's licenses. DACAs that commit crimes lose their status and can be deported.
The guy was with his father in an apartment and the father is a convicted felon and it seems the apple didn't fall far from the tree. The guy is a self proclaimed gang member and I would be glad to see a self proclaimed gang member to go back to the country where gang member seem to flourish.

The problem with reversing everything past presidents have done, is the fact that no one can trust US to honor their promises. If we agree to something, its good only for one presidential term, and then all bets are off. This applies to many things, DACA being only one example. Those people paid $500 to apply, and then went through a long process to qualify, and now United States will not honor their end of the deal.
Personally I have always lived by "my word is my bond" principle, and it just rubs the wrong way when promises are not honored.

The issue is a DACA picked up as an aside in the apparent legal seizure of his father. Older brother also a DACA was not detained.
So why this kid? So far ICE claims the kid is an "admitted gang member". The kid's attorney says that is a lie and has claimed that ICE has no evidence it is true. All agree the kid has no criminal record. The thing is going to Federal Court later this week. Could well be another embarrassing Trump loss.
It was nice of Obama to leave us a useful list to find illegals with.
