^^^^This is an idiotic post. No one said that it was "totally cool to be American and drunk drive". I don't know where you ever got that idea. Stop twisting things. It's not "totally cool" for anyone to drunk drive. And, yes, that illegal should be charged with vehicular homicide, sent to jail and then deported.
Of course drunk driving is despicable. Even worse, when it is done by someone who has no business being in this country and doesn't have a drivers license. If that illegal wasn't here, the missionary would still be alive.

That's hogwash. The fact is that the guy, as an illegal immigrant, should have never been in the country to be able to commit the crime in the first place. That is the point.
No, the point is that illegal immigration didn't kill this person, drink driving did.
Should the driver have been deported previously? Probably, I don't have all of the facts on them.
But their mere presence in the country isn't the problem with this case, drunk driving is.
It's been more than 30 years of Republican and Democrat Admin's and majorities in Congress who preferred to do nothing and ki J the can that led to 11-12 million illegal immigrants in the US.
The Bush 2 Admin enjoyed a period where the majority party was aligned by party with the President.
The Obama Admin enjoyed a period where the majority party was aligned by party with the President.
Neither Admin's or the Presiddnts made a dent in it.
Now we're are led to believe it's all Obama's fault.
Has not mattered who sat the oval or held the majority.
The mayor of NYC, Bill DeBlasio, claimed that drunk driving was a minor crime that should not be grounds for deportation. Obama didn't disagree with him, nor did any other prominent Democrat.
DeBlassio told CNN this on 1/29, hours before the inauguration.
DeBlassio was specific in his opinion that drunk driving without being involved in an accident was not a crime worthy of deportation.
First time DUI offenders ( presumably licensed and insured not involved in an accident) in Wisconsim get a traffic citation. It's not worthy of an arrest.
Nationally, 1/3 of those charged with DUI are repeat offenders.
He may not have been dead had he worn a seatbelt either.
Any stats showing how many DUI fatalities are caused by illegals, by chance?
Most states and municipalities within do not classify deaths caused by DUI drivers by their immigration status. There is no factual information available.
It is highly probable the per capita rate would go down too. Poor people tend to be engaged in almost all sorts of blue collar crime at higher rates. Your white trailer park trash more likely to get a DUI than your white suburbanite.
No shortage of the so called " white trailer park trash" in suburbia and rural areas. Far more likely to find trailer parks in suburbs and rural areas than anywhere else. Of course not all or even most who live in trailer parks are trashy just as one does not needs to live in a trailer park to be trashy.
Why are certain people not making a bigger issue of driving drunk. I checked back and there's barely any threads on the problem of drunk driving. You would think that there were more threads on the tragic lost of life from this, but yet there's not, at least until an illegal alien does it.

Nothing sensational about drunk drivers unless illegal or some other minority that seems to validate reader's perceptions.
There have been threads opposed to MADD, check points and seat belts.
if just one life could have been saved! is the democrats mantra when it comes to gun control. How about an illegal alien killing an innocent citizen while drunk driving?

A drunk should not be driving and a drunk illegal alien shouldn't have been driving and should not have been in this country. A pattern has been developed where illegal aliens are driving drunk and killing innocents. what would be the first step to prevent such a tragedy? If you guessed keeping illehal aliens out of the country and deporting them, you'd be right.
According to MADD, the rate of DUI traffic related deaths is half it was 37 years ago. Nonetheless, 10,000 +/- fatal accidents attributed to DUI occur every year.
Execute them all no matter where they were born.
