[quote=Howest2008;47253579]This is for everyone information I am a moderate not a liberal or conservative ...
And for everybody information this country the United States of America swing from (Dem) to (Rep) every (8) to (4 ) years ....
What's happening today is not that difference from what had been happening for the last 300 years!!![/quote
This has zero to do with the other party winning. Every 4 years, someone loses. We accept it, we move on, and we adapt.
This one is totally different. This President has no place near the WH. He is unstable, thin skinned, vindictive, unqualified, and not very bright. He simply is that bad. If he is allowed to continue, things are going to get a lot worse, and it might be hard, or impossible ,to ever fully recover.
So, no, this is not about one side losing. Much more important than that.
Why have liberals gotten much more condescending and arrogant since the election?
Because right now it's all they have.
It's a mass internal reaction to a grouping of outrages that they are still trying to cope with.
A rejection of political correctness and social engineering. A rejection of a president (Obama) who endorsed those things and with whom liberals closely identified and highly respected. A rejection of a candidate (Clinton) who was supposed to follow in the footsteps of their previous Democratic president. Anger at someone being elected president (Trump) who liberals feel is beneath them and anger at those who voted for Trump (who liberals also feel are beneath them). Fear of Trump undoing everything progressives so emotionally invested in over the past 8 years.
Bottom line - it's not about anything that people are making all the noise about on this forum and across the country. It's about THEM - all the emotional energy that has been invested in the wrong people and the wrong issues, and all the time and energy that has been invested over the years in pushing, supporting and defending these same wrong people and wrong issues. It was all for nothing, and they know it was all for nothing, and they grieve the loss.

It doesn't matter what you feel. He beat your Queen fair and square

Governorships: 33 of 50 Republican
Dems: worst shape since the 1920s and face an unfavorable 2018 Senate map
Why have liberals gotten much more condescending and arrogant since the election?
They haven't, they've always been this condescending and arrogant. They've gotten louder, shriller and more violent since they didn't get their way like a spoiled brat throwing a tantrum, but no more condescending or arrogant.
They are frustrated because they have no control over what is happening.
out of power at every level.
Thank God.
