Oh, is a mufti like a bishop or some type of religious leader? I didn't realize that. I guess it makes some sense then, though the pope doesn't require women to cover their heads in his presence, and most certainly wouldn't require a foreign leader or a candidate such as Le Pen to wear one. But I also wouldn't be as offended by a religious leader requiring something like that. And I would probably do what Le Pen did and just cancelled the meeting.
