Slippery slope argument What's next, should gay people go back in the closet?
They are a much larger population.
The country is tired of being held hostage to the agendas of very miniscule portions of the population.
Recognize that. Go to court if you need to. No one is really going out of there way to prevent transgender individuals from doing what they want.
Again, let me ask you how do you feel about people involved in BDSM.
Will you be ok when they demand to act out Master/slave scenarios in public and demand exemption from public decency/assault laws just because what they prefer to do is consensual?
And, please note the BDSM community is much larger than the transgender community.

No it is not the same. BDSM is a sexual thing meant to stay behind closed doors. There is nothing sexual about Transgender/Transsexual individuals just wanting to use the bathroom of the sex they are transitioning to.
Um, yes there are. It's fact, and no one is pressing criminal charges against them. I've read articles on children who have undergone treatment at 7 years old, and had surgery before graduating high school. So deal with it.
At least three Republican lawmakers, former U.S. Senator Larry Craig, Florida state Representative Bob Allen, and Mississippi Congressman Jon Hinson were all arrested for sexual misconduct in a public bathroom.
"No transgender individual has ever been arrested for sexual misconduct in a public bathroom."
They were there, they just lived in the closet, or committed suicide, so you didn't know about them
And it is NOT a mental illness, it was taken off the list in 2012, keep up
Let's remember that this redefinition was done for reasons of political correctness, not reality. So it is a mental disorder, whether psychologists describe it correctly or not. It doesn't change from being what it is because we give it a new name.
And let's not forget that many TG are pissed off about this reclassification, because it will be harder for them to score free medical care dollars from insurance companies. They want us to pay for their self-mutilations, but if it's not a disorder then damn!

The "list" has no authority over reality.
What a ridiculous appeal to authority!
The authorities say it's not a mental illness, and they're always right!
Never mind that five years ago they said the opposite. They were right then, too!
