Who said that he did???? He speaks for the administration, they wind him up and tell him what to say and he goes out there and says it. If he misrepresented the Administration on this issue, why haven't they walked it back?
I'll wait until the President actually does something.
well considering the liberals are the ones who made cannabis illegal federally in 1937
this actually helps to open up the possibility of making it legal federally..the fact is by saying we will abide by the federal LAWS, it opens the conversation for seeing it be legalized federally
why have the liberals constantly pushed keeping it illegal at the federal level????
This is true. And Obama made no effort to change Schedule I which he had the authority to change.
Why do liberals want to keep pot illegal? Because they are hypocrites.
, possession of marijuana was made a felony due to it's inclusion as a schedule I drug, that was done by Richard Nixon, who in case you didn't know was a Republican
And continued by Carter, Clinton and Obama. All of them could have changed it.
So it's not a Republican thing at all. Every president since Nixon has supported keeping marijuana illegal.
Not to troll, but it's funny how marijuana turns lefties into determined defenders of states' rights. Abortion, same-sex marriage, being able to go across state lines to purchase health insurance, "bathroom policy"? Everybody just needs to do what the federal government says. When states become 420- and illegal worker-friendly, all of a sudden they become mouth-breathing libertarians. It's funny.

And why do small-government conservatives suddenly become statists when it comes to those issues?
