This was more likely with the last Administration, and there was plenty of speculation based on Obama's own words. And, he has not gone away, but has set up a 'shadow government' and rented a mansion in D.C. for the purpose of running it.
Trump would never do such a thing, and there is zero evidence to support all the claims the Left is making about him (fascist, Nazi, etc.).
