Just like many other criminals are rightfully deported due to the crimes they committed.
It doesn't matter if the crime if a violent crime or white collar crime like fraud, ID theft, etc.
If the so called white collar crimes are not important to the left then please explain why Blagojevich is still in prison for paying or getting paid for what he did?
Look what this illegal did and now it cost a life. The story doesn't say if the mother of the girl was legally here or not. I assume the girl was worth more to the man then the mother as the girl might have been an anchor baby or maybe would be sold for money in trafficking as many illegal don't care about what's right and wrong.
Obama's mistake in this is that he never cared to protect our borders as to the left any illegal that becomes legal is a vote to them!
