We don't.

Now please explain why you think your argument is original. Or, if you can't do that, please explain why your contention is factual.

Most Liberals want separation of Church and State, freedom of (and from) religion, along with a codified rule of law applying equally to all citizens regardless of wealth or position.

This is all part of our constitution and national heritage. Vilifying others because of color or creed is something most of us have overcome.

Fascist's tend to admire each other. Why, Wilson and FDR were big fans of Mussolini if that tells you anything.

FDR the populist had to walk a fine line between Fascism and Communism. Populism in America can either tilt to Communist or fascist leanings.

Trump wants deport millions of mostly Christian illegal immigrants while only preventing Muslims from certain countries from coming in and not kicking existing ones out, ergo Trump favors Muslims!

Note, I don't actually believe the above argument, but it is on par with the usual "logic" in this forum.

Interesting point. Don't omit Trump's from the Mussolini admirers, though.

It may come to a complete shock to many, but supporting Muslims against bigotry does not mean that we favor them above others. When one of the houses on your street is on fire and you rush to support the residents, it does not mean you are putting them above anyone else. They are just who is in need.

And I have to say, in the rash of antisemitic threats and attacks in the US that have happened in the past month or so, Muslims have been some of the first to rush to our side.
