Over the long term the Democratic party will be in better shape than the Republicans. When the Trump administration implodes, it will hurt the Republicans deeply. It took years for the GOP to recover after Nixon... and Trump is worse than Nixon.

Of course it is. They've seen it unify against a lunatic president. Trump has now lost the majority of independents as well. Trump is losing support by the week.

He's at a net -4 favorability, compared to Obama and Bush who had +35s and 40s at this point in their presidency.

This false bravado is very entertaining though.

What a stupid question. The Democrats gained seats in both the House and the Senate, and Clinton won the popular vote by more than 2 percentage points. Don't any of you Trumplings know how to do math?

You would be happy with a one party system? ,no more need to vote just accept the whims of the eternal government whether you like it or not.And if your messiah turns out to be a Kim Jong Un enjoy your lack of choice to do a damn thing about it.
Todays Democrat party may be experiencing a downturn in popularity but dont be fooled into thinking that represents a lack of power and potential for the future.
At this point the Repubs have been given everything they need to greatly improve the lives of Americans and what are they doing with all this power ? whining and belly aching as usual, they have no clue what to do with their new found power except sow the seeds of hate and intolerance.

It's interesting to see the various stages of being a loser play out simultaneously: denial here, rage there, grief over there.

Therapists must be doing well right now.

No.

100% of the US population supports Trump and the Republican agenda.

Do you really think there are only two parties right now. And I suppose you think there were only two candidates listed on the ballot?
