They are holding rallies in protest of the protest rallies of Trump's administration. I wonder why they aren't at their jobs? It is Monday, after all

if a rally was held in a forest, and no one was there, would it make any noise?

Seriously, who freakin' cares? We're all adults here capable of reading/watching the news. Do we *really* need a new thread for every fart that Trump or Trump supporters squeak out?

Jesus this is getting repetitive ... and bordering on lunacy.

Perhaps you aren't aware that work schedules vary. Many work 3 - 12 hour days, some 4 - 10 hour days, others work 2nd or 3rd shift. Many jobs require working at least one day on the weekend as part of the normal work week and others allow people to regularly trade days off. Welcome to the world of work for Americans!

It is part of the resistance. I call it a adult case of the "terrible twos", you know, where the kid screams and kicks until they turn blue trying to get what they want. Yep, my kids got something, but not what they wanted. These adults need the same thing.

There is one here in the Charlotte area today. NC is a battleground state that Trump easily won from Hillary.

I do agree with you that Trump's supporters work jobs. For those people there's another one planned for a weekend.

You do realize that nobody will force you to read or respond to these threads, that you are free to ignore any thread or post that doesn't meet your mental health requirements, right?

By 3.6%?

Yeah... a real landslide.

If it wasn't for the redneck counties full of rural mouth-breathers, he'd have lost. Clinton won the urban areas by what is legitimately described by the term "easily."

I'd also say "landslide" would be appropriate.

As you know, if you don't care, you are free not to read the thread, and you certainly do not have to comment on it. No one is forcing you to do any of these things. After all, this is the Politics forum, so logically, political threads would dominate this area, would it not?

I was being facetious. If you recall, the Trump supporters bashed the protesters endlessly claiming they were lazy people without jobs because they took time out of their schedule to protest.

WoW!!!

Really?

Is that why so many posters were calling the Washington DC protesters, who marched on a SATURDAY, "losers without jobs"????????

Or do only 45's supporters have these so-called flexible schedules?

The things y'all can spin to try to make yourselves look good.
Absolutely stunning.

Seems odd to have rallies on a Monday, but whatever.

Be interesting to see how many show up.

There was a Trump rally of support in Portland, Maine earlier this month. 8 showed up.

Eight people (yes, 8) attend pro-Trump rally in Portland - and Twitter noticed - Portland Press Herald
