That doesn't make him a true Republican. He is a RINO.
But he is a highly compromised one, now that he has stacked his cabinet with fat cat business people ... Bankers and Petrochemical executives mostly.
But he does have a bevy of sycophants in close around him to shore up is ego.
Trump is not really a true Republican (traditional Republican) on many issues. He's a populist RINO in many ways. He's going to butt heads with many Republicans in the Senate for this reason.
