It has to be "proven" that the employer knowingly hired illegal aliens. Many times it is the personnel dept. that hires them knowingly or unknowingly and without the employer's knowledge. That's why e-verify needs to be mandated in every workplace so that owner or no one else in the company can make those excuses anymore. Illegals use some very authentic looking fake or stolen documents to gain work also.
Public school and free lunch program, Head Start, food stamps, WIC, CHIP, Medicare (if a baby is born here they are eligible) police, jails, hospitals, health department.

I don't recall anyone calling "half the country" racists. I know you'll just tell me Hillary said that, so I'll post that portion of her speech.

So basically, 11 million is about 3 to 4% of the population, right? If you asked me how many people in this country don't like Black people, Jewish people, gay people, foreigners, etc., I would have guessed more than 10%, but I don't think any reasonable person can deny that at least 4% of the population is either "racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic or Islamaphobic."
