I wish he was, as I despise his policies and war on marijuana attitude, but since he has recused himself, I doubt he'll have to resign. If further investigation shows that his conversations with the Russians were in any way related to the campaign, then he's in a Flynn situation.
I just don't think Sessions is stupid or ballsy enough to have done that. Flynn is an arrogant ass and always has been. Sessions sort of seems like a meek little guy who sticks to the rules (hence his war on drugs bs)--kind of reminds me Elmer Fudd.
I think he didn't mention out of it cluelessness rather than deception. Still, there's a lot of smoke around the campaign/Russia.
