It a capitalist economy, consumers will pay the lowest price. There's no way American workers can compete with slave labor in third world countries.

Of course I like the idea.

It's Trump who doesn't like the idea. Or he'd do what I do - look deliberately at where things are made and pay more for american-made.

"Buy American" as a slogan has been around since at least the 50s. Trump didn't invent it, and he doesn't do it himself. All I see is a bloviating hypocrite.

And after what Republicans have done to this country, I kinda do hate America. It's turned into a corruption, Russia-esque cesspool.

So , because of that you will deny many small American based companies your dollar ?

Which invited globalism. American consumers could have stopped or at least slowed it down, consumers in almost every other country in the world have 'bought local/national' more than Americans - some by policy, and some out of self interest.

Whoa. You want a communistic-like state and you criticize America for being like Russia? How does this make sense?

Capitalism and profit-motive eliminated the factory jobs; it wasn't "the liberals" who did it.

Why do you righties think lefties can't be devoted to this country? You righties give the Russians more free passes than your own citizens, all because we don't agree with your radical ideas. Get over it....
