Why are you suddenly bringing up Los Angeles???!! You were talking about San Francisco, but because SF has a very high median income, you tried to shift the goal post. Nice try, but you don't get away with BS like that with liberals. Don't treat us like your idiotic right-wing friends.

Here is the real numbers:

Witchita household median income: $51,000

San Francisco household median income: $88,000

The competition is NOT even close. SF wins by miles.

A $51,000 income is borderline poverty in San Francisco, but it is very good in Witchita (according to you). Basically you have agreed with me that Witchita doesn't make much less income than SF. Bravo, that's a good start.

I calculated it out and that 3,600 square feet Wichita home on a gulf course would require about $1,100 after taxes and insurance after the conventional percentage down, the median family takes home $5,000 a month according to the Census.

Amazing, how under Republican government that the median family would pay 22% of their income for a 3,600 square luxury estate by California standards on a gulf course.

https://factfinder.census.gov/faces/...prodType=table

https://taxfoundation.org/new-state-...me-differences

Kansas per-capita disposable income after tax: $38,600
California per-capita disposable income after tax: $40,700

Even more the cost of living adjustments, Kansas is only about 5% lower.

Kansas per-capita adjustment to cost of living: $42,956
California per-capita adjustment to cost of living: $36,074

Ironically, conservative states like North Dakota have per-capita disposable income of $49,273, Wyoming $45,887, South Dakota $41,977 are much higher then California per-capita after tax disposable income of $40,727

SF has lower property tax rate, lower maintenance cost, and higher appreciation.

But don't let those key statistics factor into your calculation, for it will mess up your argument.

You're correct. Like here in LA, Beverly Hills, the home of the wealthiest people in the word, is just a few blocks from some of the most abject poverty in the world.

Doesn't seem to affect the wealthy as they are driven past it.
Ahhh...You can dish it out but can't take it. Typical Conservative.

And Beverly Hills isn't just a "few blocks" from some of the world's most abject poverty. That's a lie.

LOL...you don't even know your own city?

I really think they enjoy seeing the homeless and people suffering, they sure do in Los Angeles. They walk by all that poop and hyperdermic needles and see unicorns and rainbows.

I walked by McArthur park in Los Angeles which is near a hospital and lots of very bad coughing with people suffering in tents but the Los Angeles liberals think they deserve it because they don't have knowledge based jobs.

It's very sad how these liberals just turn such a blind eye to all this suffering. Chicago flat out ignores the crime issue and mocks Trump for suggesting calling the national guard and Los Angeles/San Francisco don't give a care about those cities huge homeless populations.
In all honesty, perhaps all those homeless should be taken off of the streets of SF and moved to Utah?
Super Cheap housing and lots off corn fields if they want to continue defecating in the open.

$2,200 mortgage payment as long as someone put the conventional amount down on a house in conservative Utah.

Add on another $800 for Arizona winter residence in conservative San Tan Valley with a tough, no non-sense non-sanctuary sheriff.

I love how the liberals dream is for everyone to struggle except for a tiny tech elite. Many of apps are quite useless in my opinion and just add 20-30% to the price or don't even make money in many cases. \

Amazing how Utah delivers world-class services with such low property taxes also, I wonder if property taxes on a huge mansion on an estate sized lot would be $3,500 yearly.

Amazing, what the conservative lifestyle affords people due to low regulations and low taxes.

I also know from personal experience that people are much friendlier and wholesome in Utah then California
And the same libs scream for "national minimum wage"
