Democrats ""in fly over land"" did not come out and vote because of the smear campaign against HRC. Therefore allowing the Donald into the White House.

Plus the FBI investigation 1 week before the election snowball together causing HRC to lose in Pennsylvania , Wisconsin , North Carolina and Michigan.

Obama actually knew about it back before the election and was very troubled as to whether to go public with it and have it appear that he was trying to influence the election himself. McConnell did threaten to highlight that aspect of it. He probably should have let it fly. No one else in politics plays clean.
