You have the New York Times and other places talking about Intelligence sources that said they were tapping Trump or his people for at this point a whole year now according to at least 8 various news sources.
Right now Obama and his people are in a bad situation where either way IMO they are screwed.
1. You did get a warrant and spied on an American citizen without probable cause, then illegally leaked that in an effort to undermine a presidential candidate of the United States.
2. There was never any warrant and all of this was an elaborate ruse, ginned up by Obama loyalists and administrative State people to simply destroy a campaign in an illegal fashion.
Note both stated above are very illegal to do with consequences.
Due the nature of classified material at the heart of this, even if they drag Obama in, they would have to do this in a Military Court (and why not since he was the head of the military as well).
This would not be a regular public court where you could get a jury full of government union workers and so forth. Nothing would be regular about this situation.

This is a hallow point.
Obama gave speeches about a lot of crap that he never actually wound up doing. For example, Obama campaigned against penalties for not having health insurance. Would you likewise mindlessly insist that reality is what he campaigned on?
By definition what Trump did is not a Muslim ban. It impacts all from those countries including Christians. It impacts only 6 of 42 Muslim majority countries. The vast majority of Muslims on earth can still get in.
Democrats are lying by calling it a Muslim ban and those that are not thinking lap it up.

The President has his operatives in there doing all this. Of course Obama got 100% of all information about a Presidential candidate during an election gathered through FISA.
In addition, what Obama does have 100% responsibility for was his executive order signed 15 days before he left office ordering the information from one agency to be shared/leaked with many other organizations. That right there broke Fisa law also because the information is to be kept secured and not passed around past the original source, but Obama through his executive order caused Fisa information to be more out there, that also connects him directly to criminal problems. Plus the more it gets out there to others, the greater the risk this turns also RICO.
