California's high housing prices are because of Democratic red-tape and Not In My Back yard Democrats who have an extreme environmental agenda.

Los Angeles Metro Area with 13 million people approved just 9307 single-family home permits, compared to 18577 units in Phoenix with 4 million people and 35397 units in Houston with 6 million people.

The high housing prices are a direct consequence of liberals obstructing the free market and fake environmentalism.

Orlando approved 14208 units with a metropolitan population of just over 2 million.

The high housing prices in California are basically made-up. They put red-tape in and restrict new housing to enrich the elite under a phony environmental agenda.

The housing crisis is because of phony scarcity from liberals and not because of population growth.

If you think NIMBYism is restricted to one political party, you have some learning to do. Almost any property owner ends up becoming a NIMBY, because the majority of their wealth gets tied up in their property; so it is in their interest to keep the supply of housing down so their home not only doesn't lose value, but in fact gains value.

Ask yourself why, when most people like for prices on things to fall, why falling home prices is seen as a bad thing...

We get it, you hate CA. Good thing you aren't forced to live there if you don't want to.
