Try again, I put the same info into the covered ca website and the cheapest silver plan is Molina Health at $227.86, Healthnet is $234.25

Yo Monty!
As for elected officials bring out of touch with something , what do you think about Peloisy saying we need to know whats in the new health care plan before we pass it? That seems little of touch with reality to me.

I guess Pelosi, Obama and the Dems don't either. The ACA is a train wreck and they own that mess. For once the GOP is completely innocent. Ryan care? We can do what Australia does and be much better for it.

And under Trumpcare with an age ratio of 5:1 that premium would be $1215 < great example of making America great again huh?

If costs stay the same then that could be true.

I'm not excited about Trump's plan. I hope it doesn't pass. I was just pointing out that the poster you "corrected" with your link was not wrong in his statement that he knew many paying $700+ per month in premiums. Cost varies by age and it varies depending on where one lives. Not necessarily in line with higher and lower cost of living areas either.

Ever since the Gingrich sweep, the caliber of House members has continued to drop. Maybe part of it is the constant re-election campaigns? Few normal-brained people can beg for money almost daily to feed their coffers. Then there's being beholden to special interests, regardless of their core values.
