Yeah why would Government money be spent on our own citizens-we should keep enriching private war profiteers spending TRILLIONS and TRILLIONS invading foreign nations blowing things up and rebuilding them while killing thousands and creating new generations of terrorists.

Considering the corruption and waste in the financial and defense sectors it is absolutely absurd to me that anybody would complain about measly welfare for a declining American economy and society.

Can we continue to spend 1/3 of every tax dollar on welfare?

I am not against helping those in need but it seems as if we need a different approach to helping.
Whatcha talking about? Of course our budget is an endless piggy bank. And that's why it ain't no biggie if we continue to import millions of stupid, illiterate (sometimes in their own languages), and unskilled, third world immigrants into our country. After all, America is a country of immigrants.

Didn't you know the best way to put an end poverty is to important millions of poor people?

But the problem is almost all 3rd world countries have no social benefits to speak of and they still have armies of poor starving people roaming around. And these poor starving people seem to have no problem propagating considering their birthrates are the highest in the world. The poorer they are, the more they reproduce.

In other words, cutting people off in this country will not work. In fact, it will probably create more poor people than ever before (in this country). The poorer people are, the more they will reproduce. This is a fact of life.
As someone who has traveled extensively in poor countries in Latin America and South East Asia, I can so you are wrong.

What I see is the vast majority of people out trying to make a dollar. Everyone from old people to little kids. Husting, selling stuff, doing odd things here and there. Each day is a drive to put food in your mouth and a few dollars in your pocket.

Not sure I have ever seen someone on the street near death due to starvation. Only time ive seen such is in pictures and tv shows of Africa or something.
