It's hard to argue with that statement. Obama's administration has been one continuous comedy of errors, corruption and scandal. Fast and Furious. O-care rollout debacle. "It was about a video". Using IRS to attack political opponents. Lerner's lost emails. Hillary's "wiped" server". Wiretapping reporters. Wiretapping foreign leaders. Trading terrorists for a deserter. Now, illegal wiretapping of the DNCs political opponent. No doubt more corrupt than Nixon, who only had ONE scandal to destroy his presidency.
Biggest difference? Nixon was considerably smarter than Obama. He stepped down, selected his successor-who in turn issued a pre-meditated presidential pardon for Nixon. Obama...wasn't that bright. He was so convinced that Clinton would be his successor that he made no provisions for a "get out of jail free" card.
So, yes....more incompetent than Carter....
Don't forget that Obama prosecuted more whistleblowers that all the previous presidents combined.
The dems are so scared by Obamagate that they are still trying to deny the wiretapping.
I don't think Carter was that incompetent, but his own party did turn on him. If it had not been for Ted Kennedy, I think Carter might have beaten Reagan in 1980.
It is pretty clear however that Obama is about as corrupt as they have come. I thought the Bush administration via Dr. Strangelove was underhanded, but less than 2 months out of office and the revelations starting to come out about Obama should disturb any American.
What revelation is that exactly ? That the FBI intercepted communications between Trump tower and a Russian bank because they were keeping tabs on Russians in the US (i.e. their job) and so pulled the string ?

worth noting we are seeing a big increase in opinion posts that provide nothing but vague accusations on topics done to death. Much of what OP is ranting about has been dealt with by the courts, FBI etc. they found it all to be fake BS and the OP KNOWS this.

And his press secretary, Jay Carney, quit after caving to the pressure of having to lie so much.
Obama won twice, was very popular , still more pop than trump and Obama had no major scandals, and no amount of lying, whining or bs will change that.
TODATE not one court has convicted him of anything, and is the STANDARD. not dark gov bs, not but some guy on the internet, but courts of law.
Obama will go down in history as one of the most corrupt politicians ever.
