It is very difficult to prove Trump campaign colluding with Russians without wire tapping. May be that is why Jim Clapper denies both.

The CIA has been revealed to have posed as Russian hackers when doing some of their dirty work in the latest Wikileaks Vault Seven release. We have a very dysfunctional government, been that way for decades.
