We've had us a good heapin' portion of stupid down here Texas way the past coupla years. But then, all ya gotta do is look at who's drivin' this crazy train.

Another group of right wing nutbars spending too much time thinking about where people ought to pee.
On the plus side, both the National Football League and National Basketball Association said if the bill is passed they would consider banning Texas from hosting future Super Bowls and All-Star Games.
Hmmmm, no more Super Bowl traffic? Now that is something I can support.

This will be an unused law, but it will be an essential law in cases to charge the sick and twisted.
I don't see the problem, past that it is a "no duh" law and that it may not consider special situations where a father or mother may need to accompany their child.
It only deals with public properties (ie government, city, etc...) though, private will have their own choice as it is private property and they can do whatever they want.
Said bill is our Governor's top priority. Odd that Texas had no law concerning such since 1845, and it never did seem to be a problem, but now it is an outrage against decency.
Yes, never mind our impressive poverty rate of 17 percent; or that we are ranked 43rd in the Nation concerning education. On the other hand, we are ranked Number 10 in obesity rates (32.4 percent), and we are Number 1 in abuse of children!
I recall when I used to go to rock concerts, how women, due to the long lines at their restrooms, would join the men's line to use the stalls. I had not realized the mortal danger I was in. Good thing I was not in Amarillo, which leads the state in reported rapes, and is an impressive No. 6 nationally:
You know the problem is not women in the mens room. We see that on a regular basis.
I don't want some 50yo drag queen in the same restroom as my 7 year old grand daughter.
The law is just to keep the feds from forcing bathroom usage on Texas. Let companies decide if they want to have Unisex bathrooms just like they do Firearms in their business.
I'm glad you're so concerned with your granddaughter's safety! Surely you also ensure she is never alone with a male relative. Her father, grandfather(s), uncle(s), and male cousins are never around her alone, right? After all, if you are concerned about the tiny risk of a transwoman hurting your granddaughter, then you must be taking proper precautions among the people who pose the highest risk to her: male family and friends.
Good, I was able to rep you again. So funny! Why can't they get rid of the toll roads instead?
Yes, the idea of the people using those roads paying for those roads is insane. We need people down in the valley that will never use the Hardy Toll Road in Houston helping pick up the tab.

For 240 years, we did alright without having to worry about hurting anyone feelings.
So, I must conform, so your feelings are not hurt.... Got it! Bwaaaaaahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Fk your feelings!
Here is my stand on it. Use your figgin liberty and do what the hell you want to do. It ain't illegal unless you make a big deal about it.
