Intellectual dishonesty at its finest.

Again: You can allow transgender women in a women's changing facility while also prohibiting an exposed penis. It's called a reasonable accommodation.

Unless they're overturned by a court, in many cases they do. In this case, it's (to my knowledge) not being challenged and will be written into a formal law.

Sorry to hear that. Even my elementary school in the early 90's had private bathroom stalls, changing, and showering areas. If female's locker rooms where you live have zero private toilet stalls, I'd be petitioning for a change immediately. Because wow.

Reality isn't a bathroom bill. People were getting by before they will continue to get by. I agree that this is only an issue because the "anyone in any space they feel like" crowd pushed it on schools, and this is just the push back. Sometimes people can't leave well enough alone and need to grandstand but the idea that anyone can use any bathroom opens up a huge can of legal worms that nobody wants. I'm not thrilled with this "birth gender" law either because I consider it unnecessary now, but Texas can do what it likes.

Based on what law? Which of any of the State transgender laws provide for that accommodation? They only say no one can be discriminated against based on their gender identity. That includes anatomical males who "identify" as females. If females can change and shower in women's locker/shower rooms and that results in nudity at some point, so can anatomical males with penises and testicles who "identify" as female, otherwise it's discrimination.

How are they going to enforce all this laws?

Are they going to pay someone to be a "package" monitor at the entrance to every bathroom?

Just imagine big Bertha at the door: "OK, spread 'em. Let's see what you got there"

Please

Your point was curtained changing stalls in locker rooms. It should come as no surprise to you that schools which enroll thousands of students lack both private changing stalls and private shower stalls in their women's and men's locker/shower rooms. For one, there's simply not enough room to do so. And secondly, it's cost-prohibitive to construct that many individual stalls in large enrollment schools.

No. The purpose is to prevent things like a man entering a woman's space by claiming he's identifying as a woman even if he isn't. Under the original plan Obama endorsed there wasn't a legal way to stop anyone from doing anything because "identifying as" isn't something tangible enough to prove or disprove. While I don't find this bathroom bill necessary now they won't be inspecting anyone so most people won't even notice.

As in: If your state decides to include protections for gender identity, petition your legislature to include verbiage about exposed dicks in a women's locker room.

Me? I don't give a rat's anus. I have a daughter who learned quite early what a dick looks like because a 5-year old boy in her former summer camp decided to shirk his swim trunks immediately after exiting the pool. Kid couldn't even wait to hit the locker before stripping down. Add museum trips where there are plenty of rock hard dicks (that's a pun) hanging out.

I personally do not give credence to the idea that genitals are some evil thing to be afraid of. But if you're afraid of a mushroom-shaped piece of skin and tissue, petition to your local and state representatives to enact legislation preventing visible dicks in a woman's locker room.

Just do what Pitt (State University) did: expel an individual of one anatomical sex for using the opposite anatomical sex's facilities. The expulsion was upheld in Federal Court.

It does come as a surprise to me because every school I've attended and every school my daughter has attended have all had private toilets as well as at least one private, curtained changing space and at least one curtained, private shower.

And your opinion justifies forcing mixed-sex changing/showering on school kids or anyone else in locker/shower rooms, how?
