WHY would anyone turn based simply on some whiny rightie BS? As had been said, any PROOF minorities applied for any of those jobs and were the MOST qualified? If not it's what we've come to expect from the right, over allegations unsupported by anything factual.
Maybe the only people who want to work for her are white women under the age of 50. Besides, there's probably lots of sexual identity diversity among that crew. Also the possibility some of those white appearing women Feel black or were told they have black ancestors.

BTW, the same argument has been used to keep out blacks and other minority qualified people from jobs over the years - they were not good enough. I know that the white conservatives do that. But then it looks like white liberals like to do that too.
Maybe I missed something, but I don't think Ellen has ever complained about lack of diversity in workplace. I think she is a pretty fair and balanced individual. She might have her political views, I don't think she is overly dramatic.
This said, America is STILL a white majority country and why is it a problem if an employer hires all white folks? People should focus on important stuff. Plus, there are couple of Asians there, lol
There's a big difference between Ellen and Trump: She doesn't make decisions involving every person in America: blacks, whites, greens, Muslims, Christians, men, women, transgender, EVERYONE.
Ellen isn't that bad really she doesn't even talk about politics that much I don't think. The women on The View for example are much worse what a bunch of cackling old hens.
