There has been no credible source to say that Trump or Flynn was the subject of surveillance. I realize that several right wing conspiracy site are touting that latest conspiracy, but there is not proof of that. Trump would handily have that proof today as president and be able to skewer people with it, so he's either being very nice or that evidence does not exist.
If Trump and Flynn were surveilled it was part of the target of surveillance of another government.

Trump and Flynn's side of the conversations by law should have been removed from the recordings. They weren't and the classification of the data was lowered by Obama and passed throughout the government to ensure it was leaked. Obama needs to go to jail for this.
